Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Applied-Scanning-Technology 04-2029-000567-B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Atlas-Copco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asyst-Technologies product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas-Copco such as the 8202900410 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 032024005 manufactured by Asm and we are pleased to be able to service most Asm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4410 by Manufacturer Asyst-Technologies as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand 8340G001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Autonics such as E40S810243T24 equipment made by Autonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autonics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8300D061G made by Asco as well as the popular A1P4880S02 original spares produced by Avatar-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EFHC8320G74 by Asco and E40S810243T24 spares by Autonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QC151M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ati.
